March average sales price up 3.75% from January in Snohomish County.
Significantly stronger sales activity in Mill Creek and surrounding areas. March sales increased in all surrounding and nearby areas…Bothell, Edmonds, Everett, Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Marysville and Arlington
